The real reason you’re getting old and getting fat

Gerald Gamble is a professor of exercise physiology at the University of Minnesota and the author of the book What You Should Know About Aging, Fatigue and Fatigue Syndrome, which he co-authored with colleagues.

Gamble, who’s also the editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Sports Medicine, spoke with Business Insider about his new book.

Q: What’s the biggest misconception people have about aging?

A: They think that it’s just a slow decline in activity.

That’s not the case.

I think we’re seeing it in people who are overweight and who are not getting enough exercise.

You’re also seeing it with people who don’t eat a healthy diet.

Why do we think this is the case?

A lot of people believe that you need a lot of exercise, but they’re not getting the right amount.

They’re getting more than they should.

Q.: You say it takes about five to 10 years to lose the body fat that you gained during that period of time.

Do we need to be more active, or less?

A.: When you’re doing cardio, you’re not working out.

When you have the ability to sit still, you can go do that.

When your ability to move is great, you do the right kind of cardio.

When people don’t do cardio, they think it’s the only thing they need to do to lose weight.

They are doing things like eating too much sugar, they are eating too many processed foods, and they are consuming too much salt.

When you are eating a healthy, balanced diet, do you get enough exercise to get enough calories?

Yes, but that’s not always a problem.

Q: How do you know if your diet is healthy?

A, There are studies that look at people who follow a healthy food and food group and see that the amount of exercise they’re getting is not necessarily the same.

Q- What’s a good way to increase exercise in your diet?

A., There are a lot different ways, and there’s research that shows that if you’re eating more fruits and vegetables and fruits, there are actually benefits to exercise.

Q– How do I know if my diet is good for me?

A– The more you eat fruits and veggies, the more fruits you’ll get.

Q- How do we know if our diet is not healthy?

A– We need to look at the research and say, “Does that food have an impact on my risk factors?”

Q— Is exercise safe?

A- No.

Q— Are you eating the right type of foods?

Q—- Are there any foods that you don’t want to be eating?

Q___ Is there a diet that works for everyone?

A—- I don’t think so.

I don’st think there is.

Q—– How much exercise do you recommend?

A— If you want to get in good shape, you need to get at least 15 minutes a day of moderate-intensity exercise, preferably walking, or a combination of walking and lifting.QQ—- What do you do when you feel tired?

A—– If you feel fatigued and need a little bit of extra exercise, then you should take a walk.QA—– When you can’t exercise, what should I do?
